I liked this item and was looking forward to wearing them but they came up small and really difficult to put on. Would suggest buyers to purchase a size up and a long shoe horn is required to get them on. I returned the and asked specifically for a replacement and not a refund, but a refund was sent and it was too late to reorder for the function I required them for which was a shame.Very comfortable for a cheap pair of boots and don’t look cheap either - well worth the purchaseOmg they are quite nice for the price I couldn't believe it they do look more expensive no zip on themLook great..needed a larger size because I couldn't get my regular size over my heel..started wearing them and what a pain!!! I have to keep pulling them up as they are constantly falling down..if I'd kept the box I'd be sending them back!!!!Nice boots. Wish they were in leather
