No arch support but they are cute!You get what you pay for. The price was good and overall, the shoe fit my needs, but they were not terribly warm for playing in the snow. They run a half size small so I was unable to add thicker socks for warmth.I was also annoyed to see that less than 7 days after I purchased them, the price went down $10! Argh!Runs a bit small. I wear a size 10 and my Tomas were touching the front with light socks. Returning for a size 11. The leather looks a bit like plastic but I might just be picky. Overall, I think the boots are cute and functional for the price. I have not worn them outside yet so can’t comment on warmth. However, the inside is fury and seems warm. I appreciate that when you loosen the laces, the top of the boot gets bigger and less of a tighter look.I loved the color and style of the boots; unfortunately, they were a tad narrow and not so comfortable. I even ordered the wide, and still not a good fit.First off, I was so happy and excited when I ordered them because I really needed snow boots so I thought I'd give myself an early birthday present. When I got it in the mail, I opened it to find the grey ones when I had purchased the black ones.. but I like the grey ones too, so that's okay.I'm usually a size 10, sometimes 10 1/2 (depending on the shoe & brand) so I got an 11 bc I usually wear heavy socks in the winter and they just fit so i would definitely say they run a bit small. They are super comfortable though, and warm!*My biggest complaint, is that the silicone packs to keep it fresh, broke open (im assuming during transportation) and when I went to try to boot on, I took out the paper in the boot and the beads went EVERYWHERE. I have a 1 year old & 2 cats, God forbid they eat it! I ended up sweeping & vacuuming to be sure I got it all! But it was a mess! There were so many, they're so tiny too!!!So definitely be cautious!I would give the overall order 3 stars because of all the issues!I usually wear an 8 1/2 medium to narrow shoe. I ordered these in the 9 to accommodate heavier winter socks. I think that they are still a bit smaller than that, but will keep them. They just won't be my choice for longer walks, just to and from the car on snow days.Received the white pair for Christmas and they fit so well, I ordered the navy blue pair. Let me say, the blue one are just a smidge smaller but to me is more true to fit. However, I wanted the little extra room I got in the white pair, for extra thick socks. Not a deal breaker though. Full disclosure, I DID NOT BUY THESE SHOES FOR SNOW, WATER OR ICE. I bought them for looks and comfort so my rating might be higher than others. They are very warm and very comfortable to wear for 10+ hours. The only negative and reason I did not give 5 stars, I came home from a 10 hour day and apparently my foot was a little "moist" I pulled off the left boot and the insole was stuck to the bottom of my foot!!! Makes me a little weary about the longterm quality like other reviewers have said. But for the price, it's like most shoes I buy for looks. If I want a "real" snow boot, I would invest a little more. Same for rainy weather, I buy rubber boots.I absolutely loved these, I had them for 3 or 4 seasons which for me is amazing because I am very rough on my foot wear especially in the winter months. They were super comfortable, kept my feet warm am dry and I had many compliments on them.They are beautiful and comfortable and warm. I've worn them daily for just under a month in mud and now calf deep snow and they still look beautiful on the outside. I am getting wear in the lining on the top of my foot and it is leaking a tiny bit there so the waterproofing hasn't lasted as long as I'd like but I can still get more use our of them as long as I avoid deep puddles. I ordered a size 5 as I am a small 5 and I can fit my thick sock in which is what I wanted.Shoe laces keep coming undone. Shoes are not good for winter, very slippery shoes on any amount of frost. They have no grip at all. Came with slight stitching undone. They fit standing still but as soon as I walk, they slide all over the place. Very sad as I was exciting to receive.Good fit cosy in cold weather but these are not waterproof, as I work on a farm I need boots that keep my feet dry they ok on the concrete surfaces, but walking through long damp grass my feet get very wet and as the lining isn't removable it gets rather smellyIm not happy with quality of the boots, the fear is coming off from the top, and i did wear it ones and i can see The bottomw sole is wearing off already.They are a good comfortable fit and lining keeps feet warm
