I really, really wanted these boots to work! The detail was beautiful and the over all boots has a slight destressed look that I loved. BUT I had the worst time getting them on & then off. I will preface this by saying that I have slightly wider toes than normal, but I often buy regular, not wide, sizes & after wearing them for a few days have no issue with comfort. As I saw other posters mention that these boots were tight, I ordered a size bigger. That didn't help. Getting my foot past the ankle was a really work out. Making it more difficult was the leather on the inside of the boot was the soft kind that doesn't allow anything to easily slide past. Once I finally got the boots on my foot was swimming in them. And this is just personal preference, but I didn't like how pointy the toe was. I was sad to do so, but I had to return them.
