I really like these boots, I have purchased two pair. The only drawback is the quality. The heel on my first pair was totally worn down after about a month of wearing. And I don’t mean worn down like heels normally wear down - I mean the layers of the heel were crumbling and splitting apart! I did a lot of walking in them, but still... one month is not a very long time for a shoe/boot to last. Even with that, though, I still ordered another pair because they are so comfortable and inexpensive. I decided to just wear the second pair to work and not walk for hours in them. So far so good.I think the shoe itself is great. It's a good quality and the customer service has been speedy. However, I've returned this boot two times because it is much longer than it appears in the photos/descriptions. I normally wear a 7.5/8 depending on the shoe, but I've ordered a 7.5 and 7 and am now (foolishly?) ordering a size 6.5. I do recommend the boot, just go at least a size down (if you wear with thick socks or toe pads, you can make it work). Also, the ankle is a little high and hard -- I can tell I'll have to break that part in but anyone ordering this would probably come to the same conclusion.I may have to come back and give another review on these boots. I am currently debating whether to exchange for an 8 versus the 8.5 I ordered that fit more like a 9. I typically wear an 8, 8.5 or a 9 depending on the shoe type and brand. Most often I go with an 8.5. But without having worn them so far, I can tell I am going to like them. The boot heel height is just right, not too tall for me. The color is nice. I ordered the tan colored ones.I loved the looks of the boots, but they were too large. I have small feet and I can usually wear a size 6, which is what I ordered. I had to send them back because my feet slid around in them. I felt sad too, very cute booties.I was so excited when I ordered these, they were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered grey and was delivered the camel brown color. They also did not have the tiny pinholes as the picture indicates. Lastly, a few reviewers mentioned they are narrow. I have narrow to regular feet and didn't think it wold be an issue, but found they were narrow when I tried them on as well. Wanted to love but couldn't. :(Ordered a size 11. They’re a little tight in the toes but other than that really cute and gonwoth everything.Meh, these don't look as cute on as I had hoped. They kind of look like hightop vans, which I don't really want to be going for that look.The shoe is kind of loose fitting but they lasted me throughout my trip to New York so, they are good shoes but they don’t look high end.
